A workstation fails. We review available backups, plan replacement and recovery, then check the agreed backup procedures.
Document storage & collaboration
We set up file storage and collaboration using products from Synology®, Nextcloud®, OneDrive or other cloud solutions. We also configure document management software independently of the manufacturer, including DEVONthink and DEVONthink To Go. We agree a practical filing structure, access permissions and synchronisation across the devices you use.
Growth & collaboration
A second location or more workstations are added. Networks, servers, cloud services, licences and access permissions are planned together and expanded step by step.

We familiarise ourselves with your industry-specific software and everyday workflows. When needed, we coordinate technical questions, interfaces and changes with the manufacturer.
